


Jacques NESI, is from Saint Louis du Sud, and holds a doctorate in political science from the University of the West Indies under the supervision of Professors Jacques Chevallier, André Marcel d'Ans, and Justin Daniel, after having studied economics, law, political science and administration at the University of Paris II-Panthéon Assas.In addition, he holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management and Economics from the National Institute of Administration, Management and Advanced International Studies (INAGHEI)-State University of Haïti. He worked in Haiti for many years as a journalist in the print, broadcast, and television press. It is attached to the Caribbean Laboratory of Social Sciences (LC2S) (UMR 8053). He researches political change, the state, globalization, and climate change. He is the author of numerous scientific articles and chapters in collective works. He has just co-edited the publication of " The PetroCaribe Affair. Corruption in the Global South. Between Science and Politics ", CIDIHCA Editions, Paris, 2022.330p. It has also just organized an interdisciplinary and international conference on May 24 and 25, 2022 at Sorbonne University. The theme: "Global Health, Science and Health Security Policy". As an international consultant, he is a frequent contributor to France 24 and other international media. He teaches in France, is an editorialist, producer of a radio show on the FM band in Paris (radio frequency Paris Plurielle, 106.3 FM) and radio columnist in Port-au-Prince (radio Télé cosmos 97.9 FM).
